I NOSTRI PRODOTTI
Unpreserved, unleavened and hand-stretched products: the GRISSONI perfect with Italian cured meats, the traditional SCHIACCHIATINA instead of bread and the novelty: SFOGLIE a crispy dough for the typical aperitif during meals or as snacks. 5 different flavors: olive oil, pizza, cereals, wholemeal spelt and turmeric with pepper.
Seasonal
For the holidays at the end of the meal. ANELLO DI MONACO, panettone of the local tradition, COLOMBA with almonds and candied all obtained with at least 3 days of natural levitation.
Sweet
Our desserts: SBRISOLINA, almond cake typical of our area in the flavors: classic, cocoa and hazelnuts. The VEGAN PIES without eggs and butter with 3 flavors jam(apricot, berries and cherry) for breakfast, after a meal or as a snack.
